2. How we use it

• To operate the publishing platform, route articles to editors, and publish approved content.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and disposable-email signups.
• To process payments and provide receipts.
• To send transactional email (verification, approvals, payment confirmations, plan reminders).
• To improve content recommendations using aggregated analytics.
• To respond to your contact-form messages.

3. AI & large language models

Articles are drafted by Claude (Anthropic) and illustrated by OpenAI models. Prompts derived from category guidelines plus your inputs are sent to these providers via secure APIs; we do not send your account credentials, payment details, or personally identifiable contact-form data to those models. Outputs are stored on our servers and reviewed by human editors before publication.

4. Sharing

We never sell personal data. We share narrowly with: Stripe (payments), the email provider that delivers our transactional mail, our hosting and storage providers, and law enforcement when legally compelled.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your account, or opt out of non-essential analytics at any time by emailing makeapplike@gmail.com. Residents of the EEA, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively.

6. Retention

Account and content records are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after account deletion for legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention purposes. Anonymized analytics may be retained longer.

7. Children

The platform is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
