Employees can also request reports, charts, statistics, or rewards. We have integrated the mobile application system with SAP, which generates these reports. The user can generate a report and immediately open it on his smartphone in .pdf format. Now we are integrating this module with the service solution center so that in case of an error, the user can send information to the center, and the center’s employees can sort out the problem.
